Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

Birch allows a one-time free return within fifteen (15) days from the date of delivery for most items posted and sold in our Website. Items must be unused and in the original packaging. Perishable items, gift cards, redeemed experiences, monogrammed items, and custom-ordered items are final sale and are not allowed for return.

If you are unsure about whether your item is eligible for return, you may check the product description page or email [email protected] Please note that items purchased from our Partner Stores are subject to the return policy of the website from which they were purchased.

Purchased items that have been delivered may be returned, provided that it meets the general requirements of this policy. Gift returns shall be processed as store credit and shall automatically be credited to your account.

Store credit is not subject to expiration and can be used for any item, service or experience that Birch may post in its website for sale. Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash or be applied toward items purchased from Partner Stores, nor can it be applied to cash gifts or any funds featured in the website. In addition, stored credit cannot be retroactively applied to past orders and outside of the return policy.

Notice of Return

If you would like to return an order you have received, please notify Birch through our email [email protected] or call us at:(02)217-8856/ 091777-BIRCH so we can provide you with a return authorization and other details.

Your guests will not be notified if you converted their gift to store credit. Birch will keep track of the gift they originally purchased for you in your Thank You Manager so you can still send an appropriate thank you note.
